Makati Shangri-La, Manila, part of Shangri-La Group, is seeking a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Room Service) to elevate guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will interact with guests, lead the team, and ensure service excellence across room service operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Service Manager, maintenance of decor and ambiance, and a proactive, self-driven approach to challenges in a five‑star hotel environment.

• Fluent in English (and local language).
• Preferably experience in luxury restaurant or 5★ hotel.
