Westside Resort in Parañaque, Philippines, is seeking an F&B Outlet Senior Supervisor to support the F&B Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant and outlet operations, including gaming areas, within the integrated resort. You will coach staff, maintain service standards, coordinate with culinary and gaming teams, and handle guest concerns to ensure smooth, attentive service and guest satisfaction.

Strong English communication and physical stamina are important, with experience in IR

• High School graduate or equivalent, work experience may substitute formal education.
• At least 3 years in a similar role or in restaurant/banquet environment.
• Knowledge of operations, service and food safety.
• Experience in an Integrated Resort (IR) is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages (Korean, Japanese, Chinese) are a plus.
• Ability to carry heavy trays, walk and stand for extended periods.

About the role

The F&B Outlet Senior Supervisor supports the F&B Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant and outlet operations within the hotel and integrated resort, including outlets located in gaming areas. This role assists in coordinating service activities, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth operations to deliver efficient and attentive service to both dining and gaming guests. The F&B Outlet Senior Supervisor helps maintain service standards, operational consistency, and guest satisfaction while supporting the management team in upholding the resort's reputation for quality and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant service staff during operations, ensuring adherence to established service standards and operating procedures

• Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, professionalism, and high morale

• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and cross-training opportunities to support staff development

• Ensure fair and respectful treatment of all team members while maintaining discipline and professionalism during shifts

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery

• Coordinate closely with culinary teams and gaming operations teams to ensure smooth service flow for both dining and gaming guests

• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction

• Conduct team briefings and meetings to ensure staff are aligned with operational standards and service expectations

• Monitor service flow and assist the team during peak periods to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety standards, and responsible service practices

About you

• At least High School graduates, relevant operational experience may be considered in lieu of formal academic qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or have worked in a restaurant/banquet environment; experience in an Integrated Resort (IR) is an advantage

• Knowledge in operations, service and food safety

• Experience in an Integrated Resort (IR) is an advantage

• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages such as Korean, Japanese, or Chinese is an advantage

• Ability to carry heavy trays, walk, stand for extended periods, and perform other physically demanding job duties
