Westside Resort in the Philippines is seeking an F&B Service Ambassador to support daily restaurant and outlet service within the hotel and integrated resort, including gaming areas. You will handle guest reception, seating coordination, food and beverage service, and cashiering duties during service periods.

You will maintain high standards of service, ensure efficient operations, and deliver attentive hospitality to dining and gaming guests while upholding the resort's reputation for quality

Qualificações

• High school graduate required.

• Provide service to gaming-area guests when required.
• Perform cashiering duties and process payments.

About the role

The F&B Service Ambassador is responsible for supporting daily restaurant and outlet service operations within the hotel and integrated resort, including outlets located within gaming areas. The role will perform guest reception, seating coordination, food and beverage service, and cashiering duties as assigned during service periods. Additionally, the F&B Service Ambassador ensures efficient service delivery, maintains operational standards, and provides attentive service to both dining and gaming guests while upholding the integrated resort's reputation for quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival in a warm and professional manner.

• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements to ensure efficient guest flow.

• Guide guests to their tables and present menus when required.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel service standards.

• Provide menu recommendations and promote daily specials.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.

• Provide food and beverage service to guests arriving from gaming areas when required.

• Perform cashiering duties and process payments.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, host stations, and service stations.

About you

• No work experience required

• Ability to interact with all levels of employees and guests

• Strong multi-tasking abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to carry heavy trays, walk, stand for extended periods, and perform other physically demanding job duties

• Shows flexibility in adjusting to different work schedules
