Job summary

Westside Resort in Parañaque, Philippines, is seeking an F&B Outlet Senior Supervisor to support the F&B Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant and outlet operations, including gaming areas, within the integrated resort. You will coach staff, maintain service standards, coordinate with culinary and gaming teams, and handle guest concerns to ensure smooth, attentive service and guest satisfaction.

Strong English communication and physical stamina are important, with experience in IR

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, work experience may substitute formal education.
• At least 3 years in a similar role or in restaurant/banquet environment.
• Knowledge of operations, service and food safety.
• Experience in an Integrated Resort (IR) is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages (Korean, Japanese, Chinese) are a plus.
• Ability to carry heavy trays, walk and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant service staff during operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and SOPs.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback and cross-training to support staff development.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate with culinary teams and gaming operations to ensure smooth service flow for dining and gaming guests.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
• Conduct team briefings and meetings to align staff with standards and expectations.
• Monitor service flow and assist the team during peak periods.
