Job summary

LaVie Resort and Casino Manila is seeking a proactive F&B Service Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations within the casino environment. You will lead servers, bartenders, and hosts, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

In this role you will manage staff schedules, monitor service quality, maintain health and safety compliance, and work closely with kitchen and bar teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a casino or high-volume venue.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local health regulations.
