Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking an Export Assistant – Deployment Planner to manage end-to-end export shipments, including bookings, documentation, and coordination with brokers, forwarders, and internal teams. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, or related fields and at least 1 year of experience in export or shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in export, customs, logistics, shipping, supply chain, or documentation.
• Knowledge of shipping line booking, export documentation, and broker coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping line/forwarder bookings, container pull-out, and direct loading activities.
• Monitor stock availability and shipment readiness in coordination with Supply Planning, Warehouse, Order Management, and Sales.
• Prepare and manage PFI, invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, QHC/FDA certificates, and other export documents.
• Coordinate with brokers and forwarders on BOC lodgment, documentation, vessel schedules, cut-offs, and shipment requirements.
• Monitor container shipments and maintain accurate container, seal, and shipment tracking records.
• Ensure compliance with destination requirements, HS codes, product registration, and importer documentation.
• Support export billing documentation and ensure proper filing and archiving of shipment records.
• Perform proofreading and data analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of export documents.
