Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation (URC) is seeking an Export Assistant – Deployment Planner to coordinate end-to-end export shipments, bookings, and documentation from Libis, Quezon City. You will work closely with Supply Planning, Warehouse, Order Management, and Sales to ensure on-time delivery and accurate export records, using Excel and SAP where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in export, customs, logistics, shipping, supply chain, or documentation
• Knowledge of shipping line booking, export documentation, and broker coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills are an advantage
• Familiarity with SAP; knowledge of Power BI/data analytics is an advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and documentation skills
• Keen to details with strong proofreading and organizational skills
• Willling to be deployed in Libis, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping line/forwarder bookings, container pull-out, and direct loading activities
• Monitor stock availability and shipment readiness in coordination with Supply Planning, Warehouse, Order Management, and Sales
• Prepare and manage PFI, invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, QHC/FDA certificates, and other export documents
• Coordinate with brokers and forwarders on BOC lodgment, documentation, vessel schedules, cut-offs, and shipment requirements
• Monitor container shipments and maintain accurate container, seal, and shipment tracking records
• Ensure compliance with destination requirements, HS codes, product registration, and importer documentation
• Support export billing documentation and ensure proper filing and archiving of shipment records
• Perform proofreading and data analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of export documents
