Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila seeks a Senior Associate (AVP) to translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with Technology to deliver workflow enhancements that strengthen governance and reduce operational risk.

You will drive automation and reporting through dashboards, define KPIs, and support change management and user adoption across business, operations, and risk organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, business analysis, or workflow tooling.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tooling enhancements from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, and design process improvements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for testing.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, dependencies, and milestones across teams.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, change management and adoption activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting, and UX through automation.
• Define KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor performance, risks, and effectiveness.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, controls, data quality, and compliance.
