Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks an Operations Automation Associate to drive intermediate intelligent automation and business analysis, translating process improvements into automated solutions for operations efficiency.

You will gather requirements, implement automation and digitization strategies, and deliver automation outcomes to support the Operations function with reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience delivering production-grade software as a full stack engineer.
• Experience building backend services with Python or Java.
• Experience building modern web apps using React, Angular, or Vue with HTML/CSS.
• Experience deploying and operating apps on AWS and/or Azure with CI/CD and monitoring.
• Experience designing REST APIs with authentication, validation, and logging.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience delivering AI-enabled features using LLMs, NLP, or ML services, incl. prompts and integration.
• Experience with Git-based workflow and disciplined SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to support automation delivery end-to-end.
• Contribute to automation strategy and define metrics and benefits tracking.
• Collaborate with tech teams to enable both traditional coding and low-code automation.
• Select end-to-end automation approaches and translate requirements to delivery plans.
• Define outcomes and drive delivery to realize benefits.
• Drive user-centered design from user needs to workflows and interfaces.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Support post-delivery enablement through training and adoption support.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to training materials.
• Maintain documentation for governance and audit readiness.
