Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Loan Origination Associate — Transformation & Automation in Manila to partner with Loan Origination stakeholders across Documentation, Coordination, and Setup & Funding to identify automation opportunities and translate operational needs into clear requirements and user stories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of loan operations or related automation experience.
• Experience with low-code / automation tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Loan Origination stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate needs into requirements.
• Map current and target workflows to reduce manual touchpoints and improve throughput.
• Deliver automation initiatives end-to-end as an individual contributor.
• Create and enhance business solutions using low-code, analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath, Power Automate, Tableau).
• Automate origination activities and provide ongoing reporting and KPI insights.
• Embed controls by design to strengthen operational risk management.
• Collaborate with Technology on access, data connectivity, and production support.
• Define and track OKRs/KPIs and realized benefits.
• Create documentation and reusable assets for adoption and knowledge transfer.
