JPMorganChase in Manila is seeking a Senior Associate/AVP to translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with technology to deliver workflow and tracking-tool enhancements that improve efficiency, governance, and risk management. The role focuses on modernizing processes through automation, metrics and change management to drive adoption.

You will collaborate across business, operations, technology and risk partners, delivering measurable outcomes and strong governance.

Qualifications

Experience in project management, business analysis, product delivery, or workflow tooling.
Ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing.
Strong stakeholder management and agile/hybrid delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of tooling enhancements from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support
Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, and design process improvements
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria to enable effective delivery and testing
Coordinate priorities, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones across business, operations, technology, and risk partners
Support user acceptance testing, training, change management, and adoption activities to drive successful launches
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting, and user experience through automation where appropriate
Define key performance indicators and develop dashboards to monitor performance, risks, and operational effectiveness
Ensure solutions align to governance, controls, data quality standards, and compliance expectations
