Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 8 years delivering operational reporting or analytics in production with stakeholders.
• People management experience across multi-location teams.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to deliver reconciled metrics from multiple sources.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong auditability and access controls.
• Hands-on leadership in production monitoring, reliability, and incident coordination.
• Clear communication across technical and business audiences and strong delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team responsible for operational reporting production, BAU support, and analytics delivery.
• Own end-to-end production delivery for reporting, including scheduling, publishing, and stakeholder communications.
• Establish site reliability‑engineering style practices for reporting pipelines and incident response.
• Deliver dashboards and executive metrics that are consistent, reconciled, and decision‑grade.
• Strengthen controls and audit readiness with data quality checks and access controls.
• Set governance standards for metrics definitions, ownership, and change control.
• Prioritize requests and incidents to balance speed, stability, and risk control.
• Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to resolve defects and modernize tooling.
• Drive efficiency by automating repeatable reporting and reducing manual touchpoints.
• Communicate incident impact and next steps clearly to leadership.
