Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in payment operations leadership or people management.
• Experience overseeing payment processing activities including investigations, reconciliations, and time-critical deliverables.
• Knowledge of payment operations processes, controls, and issue management in a regulated environment.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and support decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and anti-fraud controls relevant to payment operations.
• Experience using automation tools to reduce manual work and improve quality.
• Experience applying AI/ML to operational problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead payment lifecycle operations by setting priorities, directing workflows, and tracking performance against metrics.
• Manage daily processing and reconciliation activities to support timely and accurate fund movement across products.
• Resolve production, quality, and control breaks; escalate risks and drive actions to closure.
• Strengthen operational risk management by supporting fraud prevention and cybersecurity controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to scope and deliver process improvements and client experience enhancements.
• Translate business priorities into operational capacity, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
