• Experience in process mapping.
• Proficient in data analytics and interpreting models and diagrams.
• Strong storytelling to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as LLM suite and Copilot.
• Excellent problem solving and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed process maps, workflows and documentation to synthesize findings and recommendations.
• Interview stakeholders, analyze documents and data to identify key opportunities.
• Lead one or more projects with influence and team culture improvement.
• Collaborate to build analyses and roadmaps, identify risks and escalate issues.
• Analyze business processes to spot improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support testing and deployment of new process tools and technologies.
