Job summary

You will engage with stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and continuously improve automation solutions, including both traditional coding and low-code options, with emphasis on measurable outcomes and reliability.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience delivering production-grade software as a full stack engineer.
• Experience building backend services with Python or Java and modern web apps with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience deploying and operating applications on cloud platforms with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and incident triage.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders and analytics partners to support automation end-to-end.
• Define metrics and benefits tracking for automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enable both traditional and low-code automation.
• Translate requirements into feasible delivery plans for automation projects.
• Define outcomes and drive delivery to realize benefits and value.
• Support post-delivery enablement through training and adoption.
