Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate (AVP) in Global Expense Management to translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with technology to deliver workflow and tracking-tool enhancements that improve efficiency, governance, and risk controls.

You will help modernize processes through automation, metrics, and dashboards while supporting change management and user adoption, collaborating across business, operations, technology, and risk partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, business analysis, product delivery, or workflow tooling.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria and support UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, operations, and technology, with excellent communication.
• Experience managing delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and milestones in an agile or hybrid environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics and using data to drive decisions.
• Ability to document decisions in an audit-ready manner.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tooling enhancements from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, and design process improvements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for effective delivery and testing.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, dependencies, and milestones across business, operations, technology, and risk partners.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, change management, and adoption activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation where appropriate.
• Define KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor performance, risks, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure solutions align to governance, data quality standards, and compliance expectations.
