Citco is seeking an Executive Vice President, Technology, Data & Delivery in Strategic Operations for Private Assets. You will own how we build, prove, and land technology-enabled change with delivery standards across the group.

You will lead Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow, Automation & AI, defining priorities and ensuring adoption across the organization. 12–15 years in financial services is expected.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in fund administration, alternative assets or related financial services.
• Proven delivery of large-scale technology, data or platform initiatives.
• Strong understanding of private assets processes and platform estate.
• Credibility with technology partners and ability to translate needs into requirements.
• Experience in automation, digital workflow and AI, with measured benefits.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow, Automation & AI focus areas.
• Own the business analysis and implementation discipline across three focus areas.
• Set Operations' requirements with IT and Transformation Office and drive adoption.
• Sponsor automation initiatives from identification to deployment and benefits.
• Own the data, reporting and platform roadmap, ensure data quality and lineage.
• Govern delivery: release planning, UAT, defect management and post-implementation review.
• Partner with Operations to ensure change is trained, understood and adopted.
• Build and develop the team, including rotational colleagues, and recruit as needed.
• Maintain alignment with related operations and forums; represent Strategic Operations.
