Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Executive Support Team Leader to oversee a team of 10+ executive support professionals. You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality support for stakeholders.

You will coach and mentor staff, handle escalations, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare team performance reports. The role also involves implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of executive support or administrative experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading an executive support or administrative team.
• Experience handling KPIs, coaching, workload allocations, and escalations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (2-3x onsite per week) in Ortigas, mid-shift.
• Available to start immediately, if possible.
