The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in executive support or administrative roles, at least 2 years of people management, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of executive support (VA/EA) or administrative experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience leading an executive support or administrative team.
• Experience handling KPIs, coaching, work allocation, and escalations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to mid-shift schedule aligned with UK hours.
