• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-site or fast-paced environments.
• Strong HR business partnering and HR generalist capabilities.
• Proven track record in engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
• Experience in workforce planning, attrition management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and data-driven people management.
• Knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, HR policies, and employment practices.
• Demonstrated experience in culture building, change management, and organizational transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide strategic direction for the HR Business Partnering function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies supporting growth and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Develop workforce planning strategies to address manpower requirements and capabilities.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee retention, manage attrition, and enhance the employee experience.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to understand concerns, workplace challenges, and interventions.
• Utilize HR analytics and dashboards to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, labor laws, HR policies, and workplace practices.
• Lead culture-building, change management, and organizational transformation initiatives across sites.
• Strengthen HR policies and partnering practices across multiple sites or business units.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Business Partnering team for effective HR service delivery.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to implement people initiatives.
