Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking an exceptional Team Leader for the Grand Club to ensure the smooth operation of the executive floor and lounge. You will supervise check-in/check-out and deliver fast, friendly service to guests throughout their stay in the Grand Club Lounge.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, strong customer relations and communication skills, and knowledge of OPERA system; proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent.
• Strong customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Refined verbal and written communication; additional language skills are a plus.
• Working knowledge of OPERA system.
• Experience in Food and Beverage operations.
• Business-level proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese preferred.
