Job summary

Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking a Team Leader – Grand Club to oversee the executive floor operations, including guest check-in/check-out and the Grand Club Lounge service.

The successful candidate will bring hospitality leadership, strong communication, and a keen eye for guest care, with experience in Food & Beverage and OPERA system knowledge.

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, and a customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent.
• Good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in another language is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of OPERA system.
• Well-versed in Food and Beverage operations.
• Business-level proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the hotel's executive floor, including check-in and check-out of guests.
• Oversee the running of the executive floor lounge and the Grand Club Lounge services.
• Provide fast, friendly and efficient service to guests throughout their stay.
