Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality-related diploma or degree, demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, and is proficient with housekeeping software such as Opera Cloud and Amadeus.

In this role, you will assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including managing guest requests and room status updates, maintaining accurate records and inventory, and reporting damages, maintenance needs, and safety hazards. Qualifications Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels, and shall possess the following qualities:
