Qualifications

• Preferably college graduate.
• 5 years experience in an international hotel and 2 years in the same capacity.
• Well versed in hotel Restaurant operations.
• Knowledgeable in P&L reporting.
• Fluent in English (and local language).
• Willing to work shifts.
• Experience in luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel environment.
• Friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
• Strong planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
• Enjoys engaging with restaurant guests.
