Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior management.
• Experience supporting a General Manager or senior executive is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings and priorities.
• Prepare reports, presentations and executive documents.
• Coordinate across departments and stakeholders to ensure follow-through on actions.
• Protect confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Communicate management instructions to relevant stakeholders.
