Qualifications

• 3–5 years of executive assistance or senior administrative experience.
• Experience supporting management.
• Excellent organization, confidentiality, writing, and stakeholder communication.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
• Able to follow up senior stakeholders professionally without direct line authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, agendas, and briefing materials.
• Track instructions and follow up deliverables with department heads.
• Coordinate confidential meetings and protect sensitive business information.
• Organize decision records and ensure agreed actions are completed on time.
