Job summary

Citco is seeking an Executive Vice President of Technology, Data & Delivery to drive strategic operations within Private Assets. You will own delivery standards across Strategic Operations, guiding data, reporting, platform enablement, and AI initiatives to ensure measurable value and adoption across global teams.

With 12–15 years in financial services and a strong track record in large-scale tech deliveries, you will partner with IT, Operations and the Transformation Office to shape end-to-end

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in fund administration, asset management or financial services with tech-enabled change.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology, data or platform initiatives.
• Credibility with technology partners and ability to translate ops needs into tech requirements.
• Experience with automation, digital workflow and AI, and judgement on what to automate.
• Delivery governance experience including testing strategy and deployment readiness.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience, including rotation programs.
• Budgeting, stakeholder negotiation and strategic planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills: MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead data, reporting and platform enablement, and AI/digital workflow focus areas.
• Oversee business analysis, requirements, testing standards and benefits tracking.
• Define Operations' requirements with IT and Transformation Office; manage end-to-end ownership.
