The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, experience with loan/collection software, and a commitment to ethical collection practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder, any course.
• Preferably with background in tele-collections from a financial institution.
• Knowledge of skip tracing, information validation, and research techniques.
• Familiar with ethical collection call strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tele-collections from delinquent accounts using ethical collection strategies via phone calls, SMS, and emails.
• Perform skip tracing and information validation to locate and verify debtor details.
• Develop and maintain client relationships while encouraging repayment plans aligned with customers’ financial situations.
• Prepare reports on collection activities, delinquent account statuses, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with ethical call practices and company policies.
