You will negotiate payment plans, review customer financials, maintain detailed CRM notes, and coordinate with internal teams and external financiers to resolve complex arrears while upholding compliance and professional service.

• Monitor accounts to ensure adherence to repayment schedules.
• Escalate high-risk or unresolved cases to the Team Leader.
• Address inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with Sales, Insurance, and Finance to resolve complex issues.
