ACOM Consumer Finance Corporation in Pasig City is seeking a results-driven Tele-collections Specialist to recover delinquent accounts through ethical phone calls, SMS, and emails. You will perform skip tracing to locate debtor details, build relationships, and propose feasible repayment plans tailored to customers’ financial situations.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, experience with loan/collection software, and a commitment to ethical collection practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder, any course.
• Preferably with background in tele-collections from a financial institution.
• Knowledge of skip tracing, information validation, and research techniques.
• Familiar with ethical collection call strategies.
