Lim Kim Hai Electric Co (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Sales Admin to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders using our ERP system. You will coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely delivery while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree, strong MS Excel skills, and a proactive approach to AI tool adoption to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline; engineering background is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI tools and digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations based on customer requirements.
• Process sales orders, purchase requisitions, invoices, and delivery arrangements using the ERP system.
• Assist in preparing and submitting project tender documents on time with complete information.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics and internal departments for timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with responsive, professional service.
• Source products, obtain supplier quotations, and support procurement to meet requirements.
