Job summary

Leoch Battery Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Regional Sales and Technical Support team in handling inquiries, order processing, delivery coordination, and inventory management. You will perform sales data analysis and assist with administrative tasks while building strong relationships with customers.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a Diploma or related qualification, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related qualification with 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP and CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to the Regional Sales and Technical Support Team.
• Handle sales inquiries and generate official quotations.
• Coordinate end-to-end supply management including orders, POs, and delivery arrangements with 3rd-party contractors.
• Foster strong customer relationships with existing and new clients.
• Check and process sales orders in the data system; perform data analysis by salesperson, country, customer, product, and period.

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Regional Sales and Technical Support team. This role involves handling sales inquiries, order processing, delivery coordination, and inventory management while ensuring strong customer relationships. You will also conduct sales data analysis and assist with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide sales and administrative support to the Regional Sales and Technical Support Team
• Attend to sales enquiries and generate official quotation
• End to End supply management, order processing, management of Purchase Order, Delivery Order, monitoring and liaising with 3rd party contractor for delivery arrangement
• Forge excellent customer relationship with existing and new customers
• Sales order unit price checking and processing in the data system
• Perform data analysis by Sales persons, Sales order, Country, Customer, Product and Period
• Management and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management system
• Provide support of other administrative related functions and any ad hoc duties as and when assigned

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum diploma or related qualifications with 2 to 3 years working experience in similar capacity
• Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP and experience in CRM tool
• Independent and ability to work under pressure
