Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a dedicated professional in Manila to expedite Commercialization Change Order processes by coordinating regular cadence calls with stakeholders. You will identify bottlenecks, drive timely resolutions, and co-lead major projects to improve efficiency and cycle time.

You will collaborate across Procurement, Engineering, CCO, Planning and others, lead or support continuous improvement initiatives, and develop robust documentation and performance tracking to sustain operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related business discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, product lifecycle, item/BOM management, or related functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; intermediate PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and PLM; BOM/Item Creation processes.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle, development, production methods, and Stage Gate processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives; Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite Commercialization Change Order activities to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor and resolve complex CCO, item, and BOM issues including system exceptions.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution with Procurement, Engineering, CCO, Planning and other stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for critical issues and drive actions to closure.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead or co-lead process improvement initiatives and assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, reports, and metrics.
• Communicate trends, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders; facilitate meetings.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing; coaching and training activities.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a customer-focused approach.
