Job summary

Vertiv Philippines is hiring a Coordinator 1 to support Commercial Change Order processes, review parts, identify the correct supplier and Category Manager, and assign commodity codes. You will gather and scrub data for simple reports and analyses, process CCOs with quotes, support requests for technical drawing specifications, and maintain KPI dashboards.

New graduates are welcome; a BA/BS in Engineering/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Business is preferred, with English fluency and basic MS

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or business.
New graduates welcome; 1-year relevant experience is a plus.
Fluent written and verbal English.
Intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
Basic MS Excel knowledge.
Basic MS PowerPoint knowledge.
Detail-oriented and quality mindset.
Strong written and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

Gather, scrub, manipulate data to generate simple reports and analysis related to Commercial Change Order process.
Assist review parts included in the Change Order process, identify correct supplier and Commodity Manager and assign appropriate commodity code.
Process CCOs with quotes readily available for processing.
Support requests for technical drawing specifications.
Maintain the team’s task tracking sheets, monitor stakeholders on-time delivery and aging items for closure.
Update KPI dashboards to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Assist in follow-ups and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
