Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate and expedite the Commercialization Change Order (CCO) process, coordinating with Procurement, Engineering, and Planning to resolve bottlenecks. The role involves leading continuous improvement efforts and driving key projects that enhance efficiency and quality across the operation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related business discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, product lifecycle, item/BOM management, or related functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel and intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle and PLM, Bill of Materials/Item Creation processes.
Knowledge of Product Lifecycle, Product Development, production methods, and Stage Gate processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines independently.
Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement/process improvement initiatives.
Experience with Oracle systems and Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and expedite Commercialization Change Order (CCO) activities to ensure timely completion and resolution of process bottlenecks.
Monitor and resolve complex CCO, item, and BOM issues, including system and process exceptions.
Coordinate cross-functional resolution with Procurement, Engineering, CCO, Planning, and other internal stakeholders.
Act as an escalation point for critical operational issues and drive actions through to closure.
Analyze recurring issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead or co-lead process improvement initiatives and assigned projects that improve efficiency, quality, and cycle time.
Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, reports, and performance tracking to support operational effectiveness.
Communicate operational trends, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders and facilitate regular coordination meetings.
Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members, including coaching peers and supporting training activities.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
