MicroSourcing is hiring an ERP Administrator / Consultant based in the Philippines for a remote role. You will manage ERP systems, configure modules, and ensure high availability to users across the business.

You will translate business needs into ERP configurations, support upgrades and data migrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ERP processes and workflows in a flexible work setup. You will actively engage in continuous learning and contribute to a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics or similar).
• Strong understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, or supply chain.
• Experience in ERP configuration, support, or implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Your Role

As an ERP Administrator / Consultant, you will:

• Administer, configure, and maintain ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Support end users by troubleshooting ERP-related issues and providing functional and technical guidance.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations and system enhancements.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, integrations, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve ERP processes and workflows.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, inventory, or supply chain
• Experience in ERP system configuration, support, or implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with ERP reporting tools and data analysis
• Familiarity with SQL or basic database querying
• Understanding of system integrations and APIs
• Experience in ERP upgrades, migrations, or implementations
• Experience working in cross-functional or Agile environments
