Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an ERP Administrator / Consultant based in the Philippines for a remote role. You will manage ERP systems, configure modules, and ensure high availability to users across the business.

You will translate business needs into ERP configurations, support upgrades and data migrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ERP processes and workflows in a flexible work setup. You will actively engage in continuous learning and contribute to a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics or similar).
Strong understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, or supply chain.
Experience in ERP configuration, support, or implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain ERP systems for performance and availability.
Support end users by troubleshooting ERP issues and providing guidance.
Analyze business requirements and translate into ERP configurations.
Assist in system upgrades, patches, integrations, and data migrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to improve ERP processes and workflows.
