Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an SAP Basis Administrator / Consultant in the Philippines for a remote role. The candidate will install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, perform monitoring and performance tuning, and manage transports, user administration, and security.

Requirements include a 3+ year background in SAP Basis or SAP tech support, knowledge of ABAP/Java stacks, and familiarity with Linux/Windows and databases. Cloud hosting and ITIL exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of SAP Basis Administrator or SAP technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and administration (ABAP/Java stacks).
• Experience with SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with OS (Linux/Windows) and database administration fundamentals.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, kernel updates, and system refreshes.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and enterprise support environments.
• Knowledge of SAP security, transport management system (TMS), and client administration.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, kernel updates, and system refreshes.
• Familiarity with cloud environments hosting SAP systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Your Role

What You Need

• Experience with SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with SAP HANA administration and migration


• Familiarity with cloud environments hosting SAP systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
