Qualifications

• Expert‑level Excel proficiency demonstrated in a technical assessment.
• 3+ years in a dedicated financial or analytical role with a focus on data integrity.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/CRM or finance systems (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce).
• Educational background: 2‑year college diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Strong communication translating data issues and project updates across Finance, IT, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process massive datasets, applying cleanup and organization for high data quality.
• Set up and maintain complex customer pricing and subcontractor rate structures for contract compliance and to prevent billing errors.
• Manage data mapping and system look‑ups for accurate transformation across platforms.
• Troubleshoot project setup errors and budget requests to reflect operational reality.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles and assist leads with KPI tracking.
• Maintain change control procedures and documentation to support audits.

Your Role

As a Finance Analyst, you will:

What You Need

• Expert-Level Excel Proficiency: Must pass a technical assessment focused on complex data structures, cleaning, and advanced analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in a dedicated financial or analytical role with a strong focus on data integrity.
• System Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or finance-related systems (specifically Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce).
• Educational Background: Minimum 2-year college diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems.
