Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator/Consultant to manage, monitor, and secure SAP landscapes remotely from the Philippines.

You will install, configure, and optimize SAP systems, perform performance tuning, handle upgrades and transports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or in SAP technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and administration (ABAP/Java stacks).
• Experience with SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with OS (Linux/Windows) and database administration fundamentals.

Your Role

As an SAP Basis Administrator / Consultant, you will:

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

3+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or in SAP technical support roles

Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and administration (ABAP/Java stacks)

Experience with SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Experience with OS (Linux/Windows) and database administration fundamentals

Preferred Skills/expertise

Experience with SAP HANA administration and migration

Familiarity with cloud environments hosting SAP systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of SAP security, transport management system (TMS), and client administration

Experience with SAP upgrades, kernel updates, and system refreshes

Exposure to ITIL processes and enterprise support environments
