You will be the voice of the company, handling inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training, mentorship, and clear career progression within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification at minimum.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent listening and comprehension abilities to understand customer needs.
• Patient, empathetic and professional demeanour when interacting with diverse customers.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new call centre systems and software quickly.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to maintaining attendance standards.
• Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to company policies and procedures.
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is not required – we welcome freshers and those new to the industry
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and eagerness to develop a career in customer service

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls and responding to enquiries in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Providing accurate information about Richbuild's products and services to address customer needs
• Processing customer requests, orders and complaints whilst maintaining detailed records of all interactions
• Resolving customer issues promptly and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
• Following established call centre procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent service excellence
• Maintaining a positive attitude and patience whilst managing high call volumes
• Contributing to team targets and performance metrics through dedication and reliability
• Continuously learning about company products, services and policies to provide informed assistance
