Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Document customer interactions accurately in our systems and maintain detailed records of transactions.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalation to relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain a positive attitude whilst managing multiple customer requests and adhering to service level agreements.
• Follow company policies and procedures whilst delivering services that exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share best practices.
