Responsibilities

• Follow company scripts and procedures whilst maintaining a natural, friendly tone
• Meet call handling targets and quality standards as set by the team
• Assist with outbound calling campaigns when required
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data
