Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with clear pronunciation and professional telephone manner.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new software systems.

Responsibilities
