You will handle customer inquiries across voice and non-voice channels, delivering a smooth, professional experience while supporting care, sales, and basic troubleshooting. You will maintain customer records, perform data entry, and assist with billing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates may apply; no CSR experience required.
• College graduates welcome from any course.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Willingness to work in fast-paced shifts.
• Customer-oriented with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and non-voice channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Assist customers with account concerns, billing inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
• Encode, update, and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Perform data entry and transaction processing.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to gather information and document interactions.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and composure during all interactions.
