JOB OVERVIEW:
The Enterprise Sales Lead is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and managing the Corporate Sales Division of Data Lake, Inc. The role focuses on developing and executing enterprise sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s presence among corporate and private sector clients.
The Enterprise Sales Lead will oversee the entire enterprise sales process—from opportunity identification and client engagement to negotiation and closing of deals—while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic business objectives. The role also involves mentoring and guiding the sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure successful sales execution and client satisfaction.
This position plays a critical leadership role in enabling Data Lake to deliver enterprise connectivity solutions and technology services to corporate organizations nationwide.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy and Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify new market opportunities within corporate and private sector industries.
- Establish and execute initiatives that expand the company’s enterprise client base.
- Align enterprise sales strategies with the overall objectives of Data Lake, Inc.
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Lead the corporate sales team in identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Ensure consistent pipeline development and strong sales performance across the enterprise accounts.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, corporate decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Understand client business requirements and propose tailored connectivity and technology solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
Team Leadership and Performance Management
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to members of the enterprise sales team.
- Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets.
- Develop sales capabilities through mentoring, training, and performance management initiatives.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, technical, operations, and project teams to support enterprise sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation and client onboarding.
- Provide insights from enterprise clients that support product and service improvements.
Target Achievement and Reporting
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and reports to executive management regarding enterprise sales performance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5–10 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, enterprise account management, or technology solutions sales.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and manage people effectively.
- Strong experience in business development, sales negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from strategic planning to closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
