Fuku, a Philippines-based HR technology firm, is seeking an Enterprise SAAS - Sales Manager to lead our sales team for HR solutions. You will drive strategic plans, hit enterprise targets, and nurture key client relationships across industries.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in enterprise SAAS sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with marketing and product teams. Remote-friendly role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in enterprise SAAS.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for enterprise SAAS HR solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to run effective sales campaigns and promotions.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with favorable terms.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities for new opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
