Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of sales experience, CRM proficiency, and familiarity with HR tech or SaaS. Work from home with direct access to the Director of Sales and opportunities to shape the company's growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and managing the full sales cycle independently.
• Experience in HR tech, job boards, recruitment services, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using FastJobs' suite of services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to align on client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase value of FastJobs' offerings.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
