You will engage mid to large enterprises, tailor solutions to client pain points, and coordinate with marketing, product and implementation teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Strong CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience selling SaaS HCM/HRMS/payroll.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, solutioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify and engage decision-makers in mid to large enterprises.
• Understand client needs and pain points in workforce management, payroll, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and implementation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Provide market feedback to inform product development and positioning.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
