Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. You will own end-to-end sales, engage C-level stakeholders, and position AI-powered SaaS solutions to meet client goals.

Based in Manila, you will manage long sales cycles, deliver tailored proposals, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Remote work is supported with occasional on-site meetings as required by clients.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably enterprise SaaS or tech platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles of 6+ months with USD 100,000+ deals.
• Proven track record owning full sales cycles and delivering BD results.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise accounts across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Engage senior and C-level stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Own end-to-end sales process: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
